Hal Walsh, Chief Executive Officer provides SymmetryRx with vision, leadership and strategy to build innovative online solutions and services that increase the reach of pharmaceutical manufacturers to prescribers and to patients.

Hal is known for harnessing available resources, creatively filling resource gaps, and quickly operationalizing opportunities for the benefit of patients, physicians, practices and partners. He has over 35 years of award-winning performance in the development and launch of new clinical and operational technologies in the healthcare sector. Hal grew up in Ventnor, NJ and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a major in Finance, from Villanova University. Gary Martino, Vice President, eSample Initiatives guides business development and oversees account management and client strategy.

Gary brings more than 25 years of experience in relationship management with national and international pharmaceutical manufacturers and industry partners on their drug sampling programs. He has a strong track record of initiating solutions that drive results for all stakeholders. A native of Sparta, NJ, Gary is a double alumnus of Seton Hall University, where he received his Bachelor of Arts in Communication and his Master of Arts in Corporate and Public Communication.

Rich Sidney, Chief Technical Officer manages SymmetryRx’s technical infrastructure, operations, development processes, and overall software architecture.

Rich brings more than 40 years of experience as an IT consultant, team leader, software architect and developer. His leadership, depth of experience and technical skills provide steady guidance to the development team as they overcome technical challenges and obstacles to deliver on customer-focused solutions. Rich also possesses a unique ability to anticipate customer needs and employ “solutions” sometimes, even before the customer has identified those needs. A longtime resident of Natick, Massachusetts, Rich received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Massachusetts.

Pam Schwab, Vice President of Quality and Customer Care oversees quality systems, compliance initiatives and all aspects of our customer service.

Pam’s in-depth expertise in quality systems is based on 16 years of experience in QMS, SDLC, regulations and standards, quality assurance, and auditing. She is a Certified Quality Auditor (ASQ). Pam is the organizing force behind our customer-centric quality processes with demonstrated excellence in the management of compliance risk. She also provides the inspiration that powers our customer service team. A native of St. Charles, Illinois, Pam holds a Bachelor of Arts in General Studies from Northern Illinois University.
